Rick, Wife Vickie, and Granddaughter Elise are pictured getting ready to celebrate Christmas 2009. Rick, a Baptist Minister living in Austin, and is a Director of Baptist Student Ministries. Read his Christmas story. He graduated from NHS in 1962.

"At
approximately 8:30 am on January 14, 2009, Jennifer Atkinson, help desk
representative, took the first call into the help desk. Jennifer also
serviced the highest number of calls and emails coming into the center
throughout the day. Farmland Foods, the client currently being serviced
through the Palestine Delivery Center , has provided positive feedback to
the help desk for the current services it has been receiving. The success of
the launch and positive feedback from Farmland Foods demonstrates the
potential for growth of the help desk services to Capgemini clients in the
future. January 14 marked the first day of a new path for the Palestine
Delivery Center."
