We will be answering questions, handing out coaches packets and going over your birth certificates.

Coaches, please put birth certificates in the order your roster was turned in to Levelland. Thanks -- it will speed up the process of verifying!

Please read the important notice concerning birth certificates. Please inform your participants about the opening ceremonies and have them there. We feel this will be an event they will not want to miss.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:

You must take the ORIGINAL BIRTH CERTIFICATES for every player to the National Tournament. If a player does not have the original birth certificate, their parents must obtain a Certified Birth Certificate through their County Clerk or other government agency in charge of vital records.

If you did not have an original for the Regional Tournament and we allowed you to use different documentation, you must contact us before the National Tournament. Players born in Texas will not be given permission to use anything other than the original birth certificate or a certified birth certificate.

If you have a player who was born out of state that does not have their original birth certificate, it is your responsibility to contact us prior to the National Tournament to obtain written approval for an alternate form of identification.
